$220 – $520 per home
Move-in cleans are quoted flat, by size and condition. A 1-bedroom apartment typically runs $220–$320, a 3-bedroom home $350–$520. Inside cabinets, drawers, closets, appliances and light fixtures are always included — never an upcharge.
Ranges are typical for Orange County and Sullivan County, NY — residential and commercial. and are confirmed in writing before we start.
Move-In Cleaning FAQs
- When should the move-in clean happen?
- After the previous tenant is out and before your furniture arrives. An empty home cleans faster, costs less and gets a far better result.
- Do you clean inside cabinets and appliances?
- Yes. Cabinet and drawer interiors, refrigerator, oven, microwave and dishwasher interiors are part of every move-in clean.
- Can you sanitize before a baby or someone with allergies moves in?
- Yes — ask for our disinfection add-on and we'll use EPA-registered products with the correct dwell times on all hard surfaces.
- Are you licensed and insured?
- Yes — we are licensed, insured and bonded, and we provide a certificate of insurance on request for any job or building management office.
