$0.35 – $0.85 per sq ft
Post-construction is priced per square foot, usually $0.35–$0.85 depending on dust load and whether it's a rough, final or touch-up clean. Multi-phase projects are billed per phase so you only pay for the passes you need.
Ranges are typical for Orange County and Sullivan County, NY — residential and commercial. and are confirmed in writing before we start.

- Rough clean removes debris and heavy dust mid-build; final clean is the detailed pass before handover; touch-up happens right before the client walkthrough after trades are gone.
- How do you handle drywall dust?
- HEPA vacuums on all surfaces, top-down passes, and repeated wipe-downs after the dust settles — plus vents, ledges and light fixtures that most crews skip.
- Do you remove stickers, labels and protective film?
- Yes — windows, appliances, fixtures and cabinetry are de-labeled, scraped and polished as part of the final clean.
- Can you work around our trades' schedule?
- Yes. We work nights and weekends and coordinate directly with your superintendent to hit punch-list deadlines.
