1. Acceptance of terms

By using this website, requesting a quote, or booking a service with Devoted Clean Corp, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy.

2. Services

We provide residential, commercial and specialty cleaning services as described on our Services page. The exact scope of work for your job is defined in the written quote or checklist provided to you. Work outside that scope may require an additional quote.

3. Quotes and pricing

Quotes are based on the information you provide about size, condition and access. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described, we will contact you before proceeding with any change in price. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

4. Scheduling, access and cancellation

• Appointments are scheduled within an arrival window. We will notify you if the crew is running late.
• You are responsible for providing access, working utilities (water and electricity) and a reasonably safe environment.
• Cancellations or reschedules require at least 24 hours' notice. Lockouts or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee of up to 50% of the service price.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion unless other terms are agreed in writing. Commercial accounts may be invoiced on agreed terms. Past-due balances may incur a late fee as permitted by law.

6. Satisfaction guarantee

If you are not satisfied with any area we cleaned, notify us within 24 hours of service and we will return to re-clean that area at no charge. The guarantee covers re-cleaning and does not include refunds where re-cleaning is declined.

7. Liability and limitations

• We carry general liability insurance and are bonded. Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of service.
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, or items that are improperly installed, unstable or already broken.
• Please secure cash, jewelry, firearms, medication and irreplaceable items before service.
• We do not perform biohazard remediation, mold remediation, pest control, or work requiring ladders above two stories unless separately contracted.

8. Non-solicitation of staff

Clients agree not to directly hire or engage our employees outside of Devoted Clean Corp for a period of 12 months following their last service visit.

9. Messaging terms

If you consent to receive SMS text messages, our SMS Terms & Messaging Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, and you may reply STOP at any time to opt out or HELP for assistance.

10. Website use and intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, images and logos, is the property of Devoted Clean Corp and may not be reproduced without permission. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
