Post-Construction Cleaning: The Three Phases Contractors Expect
Construction dust settles for days. That is why professional post-construction cleaning happens in phases, not in one visit.
Phase 1 — Rough clean
Debris removal, sticker and label removal, sweeping and vacuuming of all surfaces once trades are mostly finished.
Phase 2 — Final clean
Detail wipe-down of every surface, fixture polishing, window and track cleaning, floor finishing.
Phase 3 — Touch-up
After the last trades leave, a final pass before handover or client walkthrough.
